Admission and Applications

  

(a) Admission process of MICEBS as follows:

  

Ø  Fill the application form

  

Ø  Attach photocopies of relevant Certificate and four coloured passport size, pay fee of Tsh 10,000/=

  

Ø  Submit the dully filled application form to the college admission office or our e-mail address.

  

This procedure is for Diploma, Advanced Certificate and Basic Certificates applicants.

  

ATTENTION:

  

(1)  An application form which will not have the above mentioned attachment will not be considered

  

(2)  Non-refundable application fee should be attached too

  

(b) Entry qualification:

  

  MICEBS offers its courses in three levels:

  

(i). Ordinary diploma (NTA Level 6). This is two years course the applicant should have either;

  

(a) A holder of form six Certificate with at least one principle pass

  

(b) A holder of NTA Level 5 Certificate from any recognized institution.

  

(c) Holder of form four certificate with at least three credits in the same sitting.

  

  

(ii) Advanced Certificate course (NTA Level 5)

  

This is one year course which covers two semesters in one academic year. Each one semester takes 15 weeks in the class, plus eight weeks for field practical. The applicant for this level should possess the following qualifications;

  

(a) Holder of ordinary level certificate of secondary school Education with at least three passes.
(b) Holder of NTA level 4 (basic certificate) with at least B Class.

  

  

(iii) Basic Certificate Course (NTA Level 4)

  

This is one semester course, which covers a total of six months, It is also known as a foundation course it intends to help students to secure an added qualification for joining into Advanced Certificate. It comprises 15 weeks in the class plus qualified examination. The applicant for this level should possess at least the following qualifications;

  

(a)  Holder of CSEE with at least two passes.

  

(b) A certificate of Micro Computer will be an added advantage.

NOTE THAT:
(1) An application form which will not have the above mentioned attachment will not be considered
(2) Pay in Slip of a non-refundable application fee should be attached too
(3)Students must register for the course program into which they have been admited
